Tivoli Hi-Fi’s brand new online store offers you the safest and most secure method to purchase your favourite Tivoli products just as if you were to walk into the store.

There is a Dialogue box below each product in which we encourage you to email us questions pertaining to suitability, pricing, availability etc. One of our friendly professional and knowledgeable staff will get back to you by phone or email as soon as they can.

Although email is a very easy way of communicating with Tivoli Hifi, sometimes it can’t be as useful as conversing with our clients. We do insist on you providing your best contact phone numbers, because some answers can be complex and best discussed verbally, or we may have follow up questions that may be best explained to our sales team. Therefore, we reserve the right to not respond to your email if no contact number is provided.

How can I pay?

Payment Methods accepted are – PayPal - which allows you to pay with a credit card, debit card or use a PayPal account, direct bank deposit & cheque or money order. (No additional fees are charged for payment type). Tivoli Hi-Fi’s online store will not penalise you for the way you make a purchase.

How will my purchases be delivered? 

All items purchased via the online store will be sent via registered post, or couriered by Star Track Road Express or Couriers Please depending on the size and weight of the item/s being purchased. All items being shipped will have a tracking number for you to keep tabs on your purchase.

Delivery with home installation are available for Victorian clients and can be arranged via e-mail or preferably phone.
